Project 5: Harmony and Discord

Final Project

For this final project I decided to apply acrylic paint using a transparency technique on photos from my life.   Each picture has a certain color applied depending on how I felt during that moment in time.  Since over the course of the semester we have learned and discovered in class how each color has a certain meaning; I chose to use these colors to express what each photo means. 

Project 2 Vibrating Edges

This project was created by picking out complementary colors. Later I chose to use the same hue, but changes the value and Chroma in order to obtain vibrating edges through out the piece.

This is an example of monochromatic art because it is a set color, with only black or white added to that color.
